Important Dates

  • Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open in November 7th, 2024.

  • '2025-2026' Tuition Rates will be available the first week of December 2024.

  • Limited spots are still available for specific grade levels in the 2024-2025 school year.

How to Apply

Our application process is simple and managed entirely online, allowing you to easily track the status of your child’s application.

Steps to Get Started

  1. Create an Account: Create an Account
    Begin by creating a parent account. This will give you the ability to start, pause, and resume the application process at your convenience.

  2. Submit a New Student Application:
    Once logged in, select the grade level appropriate for your child (from 2 years old through 12th grade) and the relevant school division (CCP, CCES, CCMS, or CCHS).

  3. Select Application Type and Pay Fees:

    • General Student Application: $35 fee

    • International Student Application (CCMS or CCHS): $200 fee

    • Homeschool Student/Athlete Application (CCPSP): $35 fee

Track Your Application

After submitting your application, you can monitor your child’s admission status through your account. You’ll also be able to print completed applications, check the status of supplemental forms, and, if needed, reprint documents.
